Nike offering a better version

Most of you should have heard this weekend about Breaking2, the incredible attempt by nike free 3.0 flyknit to run a full marathon in under two hours. Kenyan Eliud Kipchoge, gold-medalist at the Rio Olympics and the best marathoner in the world, missed the 2 hour mark by only 25 seconds and the entire world witnessed this unbelievable achievement in awe. Today Nike announces the release of the Nike Vaporfly Elite, its most advanced running shoe to date, developed specifically for the world record attempt. The problem is, it will actually never be for sale. But you are able to win it. The shoe was only built for the attempt and therefore exists only in three men’s sizes: US8, US9 and US10.

nike free rn flyknit Running hit the sweet spot when they introduced the Nike LunarEpic Flyknit in both low and high silhouettes last year. The revamped Lunarlon tooling featured targeted cushioning to help those troublesome pressure points on runners’ feet finally seek some relief, and the Flyknit technology utilized a natural yet snug fit complete with differences in the woven textile based on where your feet needed more natural movement. Today we get a look at the sequel, the Nike LunarEpic Flyknit 2, in lowtop form slated to debut stateside tomorrow, February 2nd followed by a global release on February 16th. The refined silhouette features an upgraded Dynamic Flywire construction, a new slip-on sock-like fit for a natural ride, and awesome new colorways to jumpstart the model.

Back at NRL, Nike Research Lab, the designers spend a lot time looking at pressure maps for your foot to help them better design your shoes. For the nike free rn 2017, they decided to give you a visual cue on the upper of the shoe so you have a better idea of how the shoe works with your foot. When looking down at the shoe, the colors show where and how pressure is applied when running. The upper has been engineered to conform to your foot and feel like a sock. For those concerned with ventilation, the upper has been design to faciliate air flow and has a perforted Flyknit panel over the top of your foot that trails up towards your ankle and helps dissipate heat.

Around town, or as a strengthening shoe, the nike free run distance offer a comfortable fit thanks to that sock-like upper. With a virtually seamless one-piece upper that conforms to the shape of a your foot, it offers a snug fit with plenty of flexibility, but only when you flex. The Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit uses a non-stretch yarn in the heel area to add more stability and support to those who need it. Removing the structured heel counter frees up the runner's natural gait and pares down weight. In practice it works really well.On the cushioning front, Nike seems to have got the balance right here.
